PLEASE NOTE THIS ITEM IS UK DELIVERY ONLY This is a Really Stunning And Very Rare Cased Set Of 6 Stuart Devlin Modernist Design Sterling Silver Eggs which come in their original luxury fitted Stuart Devlin Case, these ones were retailed by Boodle & Dunthorne. Here is a really stunning set of six sterling silver and gilt finished decorative "eggs" designed and made by Stuart Devlin and retailed by Boodle and Dunthorne and the inside of the lid has their plastic identification disc. There is also a round yellow paper sticker which must of been an inventory sticker. Each egg is hollow and has a different incredibly well designed Modernist typical Stuart Devlin pattern and finish, two have a perforated a design. The fitted case and eggs are in excellent excellent condition with a nice patina which could be polished off but I will leave that to the new owner. It is fully hallmarked with the makers mark "SD" for Stuart Devlin, the lion passant, London assay mark and date letter "i" for 1983, they are all number with "41". Each measure approx 6.0 cm high and 4.0 cm across. They are of hollow design and weigh between 19.8 grams and 27.6 grams and approx 146.0 grams in total for the six eggs.
