Very Old Antique 9k Rose Gold Cameo Ring Size I. It is a beautiful and very tactile ring which is very old, the cameo has raised detail which is thicker than usual and it has been beautifully carved. The rose gold setting has a simple design, the part that holds the cameo has quite a few small dents in it (maybe crimped to hold the cameo?) which only adds to its charm, the rim is slightly uneven around the edge but for its age this is in great condition.
